- KYC Verification: To verify your identity and business registration in compliance with Nigerian financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
- Bill Payments: To process utility bill payments, airtime top-ups, data purchases, and cable TV subscriptions on your behalf.
- Sending Notifications: To send transactional emails, payment confirmations, invoice reminders, and service updates.

- Payment Processors: Flutterwave and Paystack for processing card payments, bank transfers, and virtual account services.

- Encryption: All sensitive data, including financial information and BVN, is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.2+ protocols.

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal and business data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide you with our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the following exceptions:
- Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of six (6) years in compliance with Nigerian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Data required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements may be retained as long as necessary.
